Distributed Consensus-Based Online Monitoring of Robot Swarms With Temporal Logic Specifications

چکیده

In this letter, we develop a distributed consensus-based online monitoring framework for robot swarm with fixed graph structure. Each agent can monitor whether the satisfies specifications given in form of Swarm Signal Temporal Logic (SwarmSTL) formulas. SwarmSTL formulas describe temporal properties swarm-level features represented by generalized moments (GMs), e.g., centroid and variance. To deal measurement noise, propose moment consensus algorithm (GMCA) Kalman filter (KF), allowing each to estimate GMs. Besides, prove convergence GMCA derive an upper bound error between agent's GMs actual This is derived be dependent on maximal allowed velocity but independent agents' exact motion. A set rules are proposed based estimation bound. As result, agents satisfaction over during execution. The applied supply transportation example, where efficacy KF also shown.

Monitoring Algorithms for Metric Temporal Logic Specifications

Program execution traces can be so large in practical testing and monitoring applications that it would be very expensive, if not impossible, to store them for detailed analysis. Monitoring execution traces without storing them, can be a nontrivial matter for many specification formalisms, because complex formulae may require a considerable amount of information about the past. Metric temporal ...

Monitoring Temporal Logic Specifications Combined with Time Series Constraints

Run-time monitoring of temporal properties and assertions is used for testing and as a component of execution-based model checking techniques. Traditional run-time monitoring however, is limited to observing sequences of pure Boolean propositions. This paper describes tools for observing temporal properties over time series; namely, sequences of propositions with constraints on data value chang...

Testing Parallel and Distributed Programs with Temporal Logic Specifications

This paper presents a new approach for testing parallel and distributed programs based on specifications. The requirements are formulated in temporal logic. The description of test cases is extended by control patterns enabling to cope with the demands of parallel applications. For the formulation of these patterns, an abstract execution model called POEM is introduced. After executing a parall...

Robust Online Monitoring of Signal Temporal Logic

Requirements of cyberphysical systems (CPS) can be rigorously specified using Signal Temporal Logic (STL). STL comes equipped with semantics that are able to quantify how robustly a given signal satisfies an STL property. In a setting where signal values over the entire time horizon of interest are available, efficient algorithms for offline computation of the robust satisfaction value have bee...

Online Monitoring of Metric Temporal Logic

Current approaches to monitoring real-time properties suffer either from unbounded space requirements or lack of expressiveness. In this paper, we adapt a separation technique enabling us to rewrite arbitrary MTL formulas into LTL formulas over a set of atoms comprising bounded MTL formulas. As a result, we obtain the first trace-length independent online monitoring procedure for full MTL.
